More About Us

We take a new learner-centric approach and strive to provide the highest quality of training courses, suited to all learning levels and audiences. By offering both asynchronous and synchronous learning options, we optimize the overall learning experience to match the needs of each audience.

Azure School community

Azure School is not only a training platform but also a growing community of students, developers and IT professionals who all share the same passion for learning Azure technologies. Check our social media profiles for more details and subscribe in order to be part of our community.

What we do

We provide cloud-based video courses, Azure certification exam study guides and Azure certification exam practice tests. We also provide private and corporate tailor-made training solutions to individuals and organizations worldwide. At the heart of our learner-centric operations is a growing community of Azure learners. Azure school is a new school on-the-cloud and about-the-cloud. Our vision is to improve how people learn about Azure and enhance our everyday lives by introducing new beneficial use cases of Cloud technology at a business and personal level.

Azure video courses

We provide a full portfolio of Cloud-based video courses, organized by Azure learning curriculum. The main Azure services covered are: Compute, Containers, Databases, Developer Tools, DevOps, Hybrid + Multicloud, Identity, Integration, Security, Storage, Web, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Power Platform, Powershell and Windows Virtual Desktop. Microsoft Azure is a dynamic technical field. To accommodate for the student’s needs to stay up-to-date in this fast paced environment, new courses will be released each month and existing courses will be updated to include the latest developments and features in Microsoft Azure services and resources.

Azure certification study guides and practice exams

Azure technical certifications are a great way for any student to prove their competencies and improve their career perspectives in the IT industry. To foster our student’s certification preparation endeavours, we provide up-to-date and highly informative study guides for Microsoft Azure certification exams. We also offer a variety of Azure certification practice exams which include realistic real-life questions for each Azure exam.

Private and corporate training solutions

For individuals and organizations in need of a tailor-made training solution to suit their individual training requirements, we offer both asynchronous and synchronous training courses which are backed by hands-on lab exercises, real-world usage scenarios and role-playing learning methodology. At the end of each private and corporate training course, an official certificate of completion is offered by Azure School.

We monitor a growing Azure learning community worldwide. We share knowledge from the Azure Cloud Solutions field and enrich theory and lab practice with real-life experiences. We always seek to answer the “Why”, the “What” and the “How” of things. We aim to reply to all student’s questions and support them throughout their Azure learning journey.

Learning methods (the how)

We heavily utilize a Web-based asynchronous learning platform, which supports cutting-edge Web-based learning methods and tools as well as modern content creation standards, such as H5P and SCORM. Azure School will be offering a wide range of learning components, including video courses, community-driven learning, mobile learning and student progress evaluation with quizzes, badges and certificates. At the same time we offer the option to engage in synchronous (real-time) training sessions via the Internet for both English speaking and Greek speaking trainees. Among other things, we believe that the learning process should be learner-centric and therefore we aspire to implement traditional trainer-trainee human interaction during training alongside using the Web-based platform, in the context of blended learning. We always take the outcomes of the learning experience very seriously and this is why we invest in a training feedback and trainer evaluation system, which will aim to provide us with a feedback loop for continuous improvement.

Why we do what we do

We will be running Azure School, because we believe in the raw power of the Cloud and we have a passion for teaching about it. At the same time we experience considerable lack of training resources and organized Cloud training providers which are able to address all audience levels, from beginner to expert. We estimate that Cloud adoption and day-to-day usage will boom within the next decade, since it is almost certain that the Cloud will interconnect with many innovative new technologies, such as the Internet of things, 5G networking and Blockchain. In this context, the Cloud will become a commodity for a much broader group of cloud service consumers than ever before in recent history. Cloud-native architectures, such as containerized apps, serverless services and microservices will be the foundations for realizing utility computing at a massive scale. The great shift in cloud service adoption is already creating a huge demand in quality education service providers. We aspire to be amongst the top training providers in the areas of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Power Platform and Powershell.

On another note, the most fundamental question to answer prior to running any training class is the “why” we learn what we learn in the context of the class. Learners need to know about the “why” of things as this intrinsically connects with the short-term and long-term benefits of a training curriculum and therefore provides a deeper motivation towards learning. In all our courses and training activities, we will strive to always answer the “why” of things before presenting the “what” and the “how”.
